Charles Neal is one of the leading landscape painters in England and he has had many major exhibitions. “The Painted Garden” was opened by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales in 1994 at The Museum of Garden History followed by “Coastline” in conjunction with the National Trust. The “Painted Garden” (11), a series of work inspired by the Garden at Cerney House, the home of Sir Michael and Lady Angus and family, was opened by Sir Simon Hornby at the Royal Horticultural Society in 1998. The millennium year “Spaces and Places” exhibition was held by special request of the National Trust. Charles Neal has exhibited in London, New York and the Royal Society of British Artists and his work is represented in many private
